Clifford "Chip" Arlie Davis III is a Johns Creek native. The oldest of five kids, raised by two CPA small business owners. Chip attended Northview High School and then went on to earn a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from the University of North Georgia. 

Historically, Chip has been a seasonal accountant for HOA taxes and that has made him available to explore many opportunities in Car Sales and Payroll Sales then traveled the country exploring Hospitality and Sales. Chip learned round the clock service skills from experiences as a Canoe Guide for the Boy Scouts of America and as a front desk agent, sales rep, and revenue manager, for numerous hotels and resorts. He has also experienced the management of large events in the Concert & Event Staffing sector. Chip has worked in Minnesota, Canada, West Virginia, and Florida as well as Georgia.

In the late 20-teens Chip moved back to Johns Creek to help modernize the family CPA firm and implement a traditional personal marketing strategy in his hometown. In this period Chip joined the Rotary Club of Johns Creek and began working with Johns Creek Beautification where he leant his skills and energy to modernizing and marketing civic and social causes. Being media savvy, Chip became an essential member of those teams and many others in town looking to gain exposure for their events and programs.

Chip is delighted to be independently employed in numerous personal projects and working with buyers and sellers as a Keller Williams Realtor. Chip provides all manner of Website and Social Media Construction services, Media Production services, Property Management services and auxiliary services to industries surrounding Real Estate, Events, Hospitality, Sales, Common Interest Groups like HOA's and any small businesses or organizations that want to gain a greater audience in their market.
